Welcome to BreadyME. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use BreadyME.
1. The service
BreadyME helps you turn photos of dishes into recipes, plan meals, build shopping lists, and cook step by step. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your account
You can use BreadyME as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for activity under your account, so keep your sign-in secure.
3. BreadyME Pro subscriptions
BreadyME offers an optional subscription, BreadyME Pro, with plans including Monthly, Yearly (with a free trial), and a one-time Lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; we may change prices for future periods with notice.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
4. Recipes & AI — important
Recipes, nutritional figures, suggestions, and assistant replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. BreadyME is not professional nutritional, medical, dietary, or allergy advice. Always verify ingredients and allergens yourself before cooking or eating, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. You cook at your own risk.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync that content solely to operate the app for you (including sending photos or audio to our AI provider to produce recipes). Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, no abusing the service or its AI/usage limits, no scraping, and don't use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
7. Intellectual property
The BreadyME app, brand, and design are owned by KaiserStudio. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the app.
8. Disclaimers
BreadyME is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI output will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or your reliance on recipe or AI output.
10. Termination
You can stop using BreadyME and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll update the date above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Apple
This license is between you and KaiserStudio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
